Repeat regular customers are very important to me so I try to schedule accurately and make sure there is time allotted to complete a project prior to beginning a new one. Once I begin a project, it runs to completion unless there is a mutual agreement to interrupt (say for a plumber or electrician to perform a task). I keep clients posted regarding all aspects of my scope of work so that decisions regarding the project can be made with the most up to date information. Communication with clients is crucial to keeping long term business relationships healthy. I make every effort to provide regular updates during all phases of any job.
